We want you to love every piece you order from The Everygirl Shop, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all seasonal collections and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided packing slip inside the box.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
